CCF. Have you considered that you have an intelligence with you that is not helping you with info you need.
I know many will speak to their rods/pendulums but I find it best to imagine an intelligence with you and to literally ask for help. Try experimenting and request another source to help you. Remember we are not alone.

If the pipe from your spring is wide enough try using a Cat & Genny.

Hi Arthur

re: Cat & Genny = Cable Avoiding Tool & Genny = Signal Generator. Available from most well-equipped tool hire companies. This electronic gadget is used without the Genny to trace underground cables through a small loudspeaker housed in the handle which audibly indicates the presence of a live cable before excavation by water engineers and electrical contractors and other ground excavation workers.
With the Genny (a separate unit) the device will indicate the presence of buried metallic pipework through imposing a recognizable signal by connecting the generator to an accessible metal valve attached to the pipe.
Non-metallic drains and larger plastic or earthenware pipes may be traced by connecting a small waterproof battery operated signal transmitter to drain rods or 20mm MDPE pipe fed into the pipe from an open end. The Cat should be set at Genny mode for this but the bigger Genny unit is not used.

Using a well-known internet search engine gave many results for "Cat & Genny".
griff: Available from most well-equipped tool hire companies.

such as this one!
As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
