Dowsers detect North Korean tunnels?

Postby Grahame Gardner » Thu Oct 02, 2014 8:15 pm

I came across this fascinating snippet of news suggesting that dowsers have detected North Korean tunnels extending as far as Seoul:

CNN wrote:SEOUL, South Korea (CNN) -

Gen. Hahn Sung-Chu never believed North Korea could dig a tunnel that reached Seoul -- until now.
Standing inside a basement of an apartment block in the heart of the capital, the former two-star general in the South Korean military says, "This is a kind of invasion, North Korean soldiers working underneath us."
Hahn says residents had complained of underground vibrations, but the subway does not run beneath them.
He says dowsers detected three tunnels, 13 to 16 feet (4 to 5 meters) wide at a depth of up to 39 feet (12 meters). His team drilled two bore holes to lower a camera, but before they could, they detected two underground explosions and their drill holes were blocked. Hahn is certain that North Korean soldiers were working beneath their feet, protecting the tunnel.

Leaving aside the logistics of tunnelling such a distance, as outlined in the article; the mention of dowsing being used is very interesting and seems to imply that the South Korean Defence Ministry is employing dowsers. Would love some more information on this!

The tunnels are NOT just under a local bank by any chance, its happened before where folk have dug a tunnel to the bank vault from under the ground, instead of breaking in through the front or back door

Okay I have NOT been drinking, but if you take a line west to east from Inwangsan Mountain I count three tunnels some fifty feet deep running south all wide apart, but these start in South Korea, not at the Border with the north ? Yet they seem to all go towards Seoul, pity the story never had more detailed contents of where the tunnels were detected, and what area where the Government drilled holes were blown up. 8)
