so what then? we need to sleep consistantly but for less than 8 hours :mrgreen:

what was it Napolean said

"a man needs 6 hours, an Admiral needs only 4 and a fool has 8 or more? "

you may want to check that im sure the numbers are wrong , you see i am very tired i didnt get much sleep :mrgreen:
