Correct.

This would apply, presumably at any time before the case, and not just up to the end of the court case but also up until the end of the appeals process as well?

Any time that it may be sub judice.

Caution is the best & safest policy....unless you're Ian Hislop, perhaps! But even he and his publication are pretty careful- and anyway they have their own lawyers.

I'm starting to wonder if there's something you're not telling us, Ian?!! :twisted: :roll: :x :lol:
